Nocturne

Nocturne is the studio's gothic collection. Jing tats it in black metallic thread that flashes red as the light moves, and sets it with colour-shift glass beads that turn from blue to red. The mood comes from Victorian mourning jewellery: dark lace, a quiet shine, and pieces meant for evenings rather than a loud costume.

There are three pieces. The earrings are very light, and you can choose a gold-tone ear hook or an ear stud. The bracelet has a silver-tone lobster clasp and a short extension chain, so it adjusts from about 17 to 22 centimetres. The collar necklace is a scalloped band of black lace with tiny faceted glass beads along the edge. It closes with a shell-like button and a tatted loop.

Worn together, the three pieces make a set. Each one is tatted by hand in North Yorkshire, Every piece is carefully wrapped and packed to arrive safely. Packaging may vary depending on the piece. UK delivery is free by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio within one to three working days. Further pieces are made to order, and the time is shown on each page.
